Individual Add ons:
Cocktail hour: $150
Rehearsal and or rehearsal dinner: $300 for 2 hours of services
Ceremony Services: 2 hours of services $300
Smoke machine rental: $75
Dance Floor Lighting Rig Only: $100 for 4 hours of services
Chris McKinney MC Services: 4 Hours of services for $350
Additional service hours: $150 per hour
Note- Additional hours added must be paid and confirmed via Cash App or Zelle prior to the event.
Requirements- Travel and lodging accommodations: $150 per night necessary for your events.
Lodging fees must be paid with final deposit to Chris McKinney.
Only applies for events 30 miles outside of Saginaw Township’s 48638 zip code.
Rules and Regulations:
Deposits lock your date into our CME’s calendar. Please consider your event date still available if you have not paid a deposit.
Deposits are NON refundable. Unless for any unfortunate reason CME can no longer render services. In the event that this happens CME will refund your deposit in the same form it was received promptly within 48 hours of notification of canceling services.
If you move your original date and the new date is available on our CME Calendar then we will still honor your contract at no additional cost. In the event that your new date and time is not available deposits are still Nonrefundable.
Note: DJ Chris McKinney books fast and far in advance please communicate any changes to your event date or time ASAP for the best accommodations.
Remaining balances are due 2 weeks prior to your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A fee of $25 dollars will be accessed per day that balances are past due.
CME does not announce the tables to be released during dinner. (Venue, catering services, or coordinators are responsible for this task)
Any event longer than 6 hours requires that DJ Chris McKinney and 1 of DJ Chris McKinney’s day of assists are provided a meal.
The venue and or client MUST provide a 6- or 8-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs. Along with a cocktail table for ceremony setups only. If the venue or vendor does not provide table dressings CME will provide 1 black tablecloth and skirt.
It is the client’s responsibility that power is provided by the venue upon arrival of Chris McKinney Entertainment Inc.
There is additional no charge for setup or tear down as long as setup is able to take place at least 2 hours prior to the event.
Note- If a sound check is required for a performer, the performer must be present at the time of setup.
No other vendor and or guest will be allowed to use, operate or tap into the CME PA System unless communicated prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
